Fixes

• Fix a cost reduction bug that did came back on The Great Henge and was new for The Skullspore Nexus when casting it and not being the card owner.
• Fix Rose Tyler counting all other permanents on its triggers, even those without Time Counters on them.
• Fix Tyranid Harridan not triggering properly on other tyrannids.
• Fix Time Out and Quarry Colossus putting the card one card less deep than expected.
• Fix Zirda, the Dawnwaker not checking its companion requirement properly.
• Fix Arcane Proxy not casting the copy for free.
• Fix Bonepicker Skirge not gaining lifelink.
