architecture: demote 32-bit x86 to historical
The old text was not so accurate. Generally "32-bit x86" means i386 or
later but now the 32-bit x86 Linux kernel requires i586 (for cmpxchg8b)
so LFS can no longer support i386 and i486. Even considering i586 I
don't think anyone has tried a recent LFS on that, and our host system
requirements have already disputed all 32-bit x86 systems: note that
after the removal of HIGHMEM64G from the kernel there's no way to use
more than 4 GiB of RAM on 32-bit x86; even only considering the 4-core
requirement it seems only satisfiable by some "large" Xeon or Opteron
systems.

The bottom line of Clang on 32-bit x86 is Pentium 4 so I think we can
draw the same bottom line (this may change if someone can test LFS on
earlier processors and submit the test result). Also remove the "32-bit
can be sufficient" text as ... nobody really believes that now.

Update the URL of MLFS as well.

LFS Book README

This document is meant to instruct the user on how to convert the book's XML
source to other formats (e.g. HTML, PDF, PS and TXT). First, if you have not
already done so, please read the INSTALL file for instructions on how to install
the required software. If you have already completed the steps outlined in the
INSTALL file, then continue reading for examples how to convert these files into
various other formats.

In all examples, setting the parameter REV=systemd is needed to build the
systemd version of the book.
